Sarah spent Tuesday until midnight in the ER with another fever. She had blood work and IV antibiotics and felt a little better. Yesterday before heading to Duke with Gage for the already scheduled appointment, she started running another fever.…

This will be a big week for us as Sarah heads back to Duke on Wednesday to meet with Dr. Riedel who specializes in sarcomas and chemotherapy.  Even though the mass in her abdomen is not malignant, she will still be seen at the Duke Cancer Center since the same doctors who see cancer patients also see patients with desmoid tumors.
